My career and quality of customer care began at the ripe age of nine when I was the last child, of a team of seven, to be handed the family paper route. This came with the small business of selling Christmas cards door-to-door. I was taught that the key to success is 90 percent attitude and 10 percent circumstance. With support and education from siblings, my foundation was created. A solid foundation is the first step in the loan process.

I have a degree in Business Management, and over 25 years of experience in customer service, marketing, management, and education. I began in the lending institution in 2011.
